Objectives

With the rising demand for rural bandwidth due to remote work, wireless connectivity, and access to 5G, a regional optical transport company aimed to offer urban-level bandwidth in rural areas. However, they needed cell site installation expertise to build and deploy this network across a large, geographically diverse state.

Solution

The Select Group (TSG) spearheaded a field installation project responsible for activating 110 fiber huts and cell sites statewide.
