Errol also played a major role at our High Performance Experience Weekend. Each day began at 5 a.m. sharp and ended around 11 p.m. The lectures and practical exercises were conducted by several leadership consultants, medical doctors, nutritionists, cooks, yoga, and Wim Hof expert practitioners.
