Location: 100% Onsite in Bellevue, WA or Kansas City, MO

Project Details:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the transition from SAP to Oracle. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth migration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and optimize financial management processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven expertise in Oracle or SAP systems

• Strong background in finance and financial management

• Demonstrated success in product management and strategy development

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Telecom industry experience

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-user product research in collaboration with research analysts.

• Partner with business stakeholders and internal/external teams to assess the current customer experience, identify improvement opportunities, and secure funding for product enhancements.

• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine root causes of issues and assess the impact and feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Assist with financial assessments, including cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI), and net present value (NPV) calculations to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the transition from SAP to Oracle, troubleshoot system-related challenges, and optimize overall performance.

This role requires a proactive leader with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills to drive product improvements and ensure the success of the SAP to Oracle Migration.
