Senior Discovery Paralegal 
TSG Federal is seeking experienced Paralegals to support the FBI in Washington, DC. The government contract runs through 2029 with intend to continue extending. There are also clear paths to promotion!

Program Mission:  Work to improve the discovery and document production process for the FBI, within the Litigation Branch, Discovery Management Section (DMS), and in partnership with IT Branch professional staff and business process engineering staff.
 

Minimum LCAT Requirements –

• Education/Certifications: Paralegal Certificate or AA in Paralegal Studies 
• Years of Experience: 5+
• Clearance: Top Secret, in DISS

Day to day responsibilities:

• Shall analyze and interpret requests from customers
• Shall research, locate, and gather material responsive to DMS requests including conducting outreach and informal interviews to respond to document requests and interrogatories
• Shall assist in preparation declarations
• Shall conduct responsiveness reviews of both ESI and paper materials
• Shall conduct legal privilege reviews using Symantec Clearwell, Adobe Pro with Redax, or other document review platforms provided by the FBI
• Shall analyze documents and proficiently apply deletion codes to diverse types of privileged information
• Shall support effective teams to foster teamwork and planning and decision making
