We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team for an on-site contract role in Stamford, CT, through the end of the year, with potential for extension. As the team experiences an increased workload, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and brings a strong sense of ownership to their work.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• PMP certification
• Experience collaborating w/ key stakeholders (VP level and above).
• Experience w/ PM tools: MS Office Suite, Visio, Jira, etc.
• Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• telecom/cable experience
• Analytical skill set (ex: Business Analyst background) and SQL experience

Day to day responsibilities:

• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
• Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
• Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
• Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
• Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER 
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level systems and logistics projects within a dynamic, globally recognized technology environment. You will be responsible for managing large-scale IT implementations, including ERP (SAP) migrations, system upgrades, and logistics integrations. This role involves working cross-functionally with globally dispersed teams, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, and driving complex projects from initiation to completion.

LOCATION: Cupertino, CA (Onsite Tues-Thurs)
DURATION: 6+ months, with potential for extensions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Leadership: Lead core team, leadership, and steering committee meetings.
• Global Collaboration: Oversee geographically dispersed teams and third-party vendors.
• End-to-End Project Management: Balance project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring business and technical alignment.
• Resource Mobilization: Identify and engage necessary resources to keep projects on track.
• Project Governance: Develop and manage roadmaps, schedules, and project milestones.
• Risk Management: Anticipate, document, and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution.
• Business-Technical Liaison: Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all system changes are tested and approved before production deployment.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enterprise Project Management: Minimum of 8+ years managing enterprise-level IT projects in a global tech environment.
• SAP/ERP Implementation: Proven track record in SAP system migration, ERP implementation, and large-scale IT project rollouts.
• Global Project Delivery: Experience leading international projects with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Technical Background: Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements, working closely with engineering and IT teams.
• Project Governance & Risk Management: Skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to provide project updates, manage expectations, and coordinate between business and technical teams.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and executive-level audiences.
• Project Methodologies: Proficiency in Waterfall project management (Agile knowledge is a plus).
• Supply Chain & Logistics (Preferred): Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or operations processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP Certification (Highly Preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Related Field (Preferred but Not Required)

The Select Group is looking for a talented Curation Scientist to join one of our top biotechnology partners. The ideal candidate will have a PhD, a strong understanding of cancer pathways, and proficiency in data analysis. This position is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI.
 
CURATION SCIENTIST REQUIREMENTS

• PhD in Oncology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, or Molecular Genomics
• Strong understanding of cancer pathways in various types of cancers

Consolidate workforce strategy data from ~10 platforms (using ‘same’ template) and create robust workforce strategy slides (leveraging and eventually enhancing the template)

Requirements:

Position Title: Epic Technical Specialist - REMOTE 

The Select Group is looking for a talented Epic Technical Specialist to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will build out the printers and workstations for the end client. The team is focused on a migration and need an additional resource to help with the build of these printers/workstations. 
 

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years of experience working with enterprise printing applications
• Troy- Epic application used for printing prescriptions
• VPSX
• LRS
• Experience building printers and workstations within Epic
• Detail oriented for data entry 

Education & Certifications: High school diploma
 

Daily Responsibilities: 

This resource will be responsible for managing, coordinating and providing direction for all Epic technical related areas. The majority of their day will be supporting Epic infrastructure to include advanced configuration and management. They will be managing Epic printers and workstations dictionary and support all new deployments. Additionally, they will be expected to attend regular departmental and Towne Hall meetings, and promote/exemplify excellent customer service.
