We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level systems and logistics projects within a dynamic, globally recognized technology environment. You will be responsible for managing large-scale IT implementations, including ERP (SAP) migrations, system upgrades, and logistics integrations. This role involves working cross-functionally with globally dispersed teams, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, and driving complex projects from initiation to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Leadership: Lead core team, leadership, and steering committee meetings.
- Global Collaboration: Oversee geographically dispersed teams and third-party vendors.
- End-to-End Project Management: Balance project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring business and technical alignment.
- Resource Mobilization: Identify and engage necessary resources to keep projects on track.
- Project Governance: Develop and manage roadmaps, schedules, and project milestones.
- Risk Management: Anticipate, document, and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Global Project Delivery: Experience leading international projects with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
- Technical Background: Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements, working closely with engineering and IT teams.
- Project Governance & Risk Management: Skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, issue tracking, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to provide project updates, manage expectations, and coordinate between business and technical teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and executive-level audiences.
- Project Methodologies: Proficiency in Waterfall project management (Agile knowledge is a plus).
