What You’ll Do
As a Technical Project/Program Manager, you’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive the successful execution of complex technical programs. You’ll own the roadmap, facilitate execution, and act as a central point of contact for project updates, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Strategy & Execution
- Translate high-level program strategies into actionable plans and milestones.
- Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and product teams.
- Proactively manage dependencies, remove blockers, and escalate issues as needed to maintain momentum.
- Technical Leadership
- Understand technical design approaches and identify potential risks early.
- Facilitate technical discussions to ensure optimal trade-offs between scope, time, and cost.
- Collaborate with developers to refine and prototype solutions based on business requirements.
- Process Optimization
- Improve project workflows and cross-team collaboration processes to maximize delivery efficiency.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups, supporting teams in reducing blockers and staying on track.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Deliver regular reporting including sprint updates, Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
- Draft and share concise product/tech updates to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to gather, prioritize, and communicate requirements effectively.
- Administrative & Cross-Team Support
- Manage contract renewals and administrative documentation.
- Maintain team documentation and knowledge base, including Wiki edits and permission management.
- Partner with operations to map and align technical use cases and gather feedback on prototypes.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of agile practices and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority.
