Job Title: Technical Supply Chain Business Analyst
Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid – Tuesday to Thursday Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months

Overview:
A leading consumer electronics and services company is seeking a Technical Supply Chain Business Analyst to support pricing validation and ERP transformation efforts for its global after-sales support organization. This team ensures that warranty and repair services are receiving competitive pricing by comparing vendor quote data across broader manufacturing operations.

This role is 60% focused on supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration, including data validation, UAT, and implementation support, and 40% focused on managing pricing analytics and vendor quote validation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in SQL and Excel, experience with ERP implementations, and a supply chain mindset rooted in data accuracy and vendor accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
SAP S/4HANA Implementation Support (60%)

  • Serve as the primary business analyst for SAP S/4HANA migration activities within the organization.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of migrated data to ensure functional and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop SQL models and Excel tools to support migration and test scenarios.
  • Partner with IT, sourcing, and operations to ensure clean, consistent data sets are available in the new ERP environment.
  • Identify and resolve data irregularities across legacy and target systems.
  • Support functional teams through post-go-live stabilization.

Pricing Analytics & Quote Validation (40%)
  • Manage the monthly vendor quote validation process, comparing after-sales component pricing with high-volume manufacturing data.
  • Use Excel and SQL to analyze and validate large data sets across multiple vendors and regions.
  • Communicate discrepancies and insights to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Publish validated pricing to SAP on a monthly basis.
  • Work with external vendors to address pricing gaps and participate in negotiation support when needed.
  • Drive process improvements in the pricing validation workflow and implement scalable solutions.

Required Skills:
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data mining, manipulation, and validation.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP system implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Deep understanding of UAT and data migration testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake.
  • Solid grasp of Costed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and component-level pricing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to Asia-based manufacturing vendors.
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
  • Strong presentation skills (Keynote or similar tools).
TSG is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
