Technical Business Analyst
The Select Group is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our client’s growing development team, which is focused on building industry-leading, enterprise-level applications. In this role, you will play a critical part in the team’s transition to an agile development methodology.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the requirements backlog, including gathering, refining, prioritizing, and maintaining user stories. You will also define user acceptance criteria and support the implementation of new applications, features, and web technologies.
This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing for both remote and in-office collaboration.
 
 
Technical Business Analyst requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience using Agile SCRUM methodology - ideally SAFe
  • Strong Technical background and Business Analysis experience including: Analyzing business issues and identify solutions that meet business goals, Producing clear and concise workflow documents to drive balanced solutions that consider people, process and technology components, and Working with technical leads to refine backlog and plan sprints
  • QA experience with expertise in data validations and test cases of web-based software applications
  • Ability to create test scenarios based on user stories, application specification and interviews with developers
  • Outgoing personality that can work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Should understand the fundamental concepts like APIs and endpoints
  • Understanding of cloud computing and utilizing cloud environments - exposure to AWS services especially data-related services
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or Lucid
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): code control, build and release.
 
Technical Business Analyst responsibilities:
  • Support the identification and implementation of new applications, features, and web technologies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
  • Analyze business issues and identify solutions that meet business goals

The Select Group is seeking an experienced Telecom Automation Sr. Engineer with a solid background in Python programming for one of our top telecommunication clients. This is going to be a long-term contract, located in Cheyenne, WY. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks along with developing telco related test cases and tools essential for the efficient deployment, testing, and management of their cutting-edge 5G network solutions.


Telco Automation Sr. Engineer Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Python programming, specifically in telecom or networking automation.
  • Deep understanding of 5G network architecture, components, protocols, and technologies (e.g., 5G NR, CNF, network slicing, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (E.g. AWS, RedHat, WindRiver Cloud) and containerization/orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in developing automation scripts for telecom infrastructure, including configuration management, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
