TSG makes largest, fastest-growing industry lists for second consecutive year

Staffing Industry Analyst released its annual list of largest United States staffing firms along with its list of fastest growing firms, naming The Select Group (TSG) to both lists for the second year running. The technical services firm made the largest staffing firms list, reporting 126 million in 2016 revenue and a compound annual growth rate of 36.2% from 2012 to 2016.

“TSG’s back-to-back appearances on these two exclusive lists serves as a testament to the company’s constant commitment to serving the needs of clients and consultants and being the best technical services firm in the industry,” said Tom Whiteley, TSG’s Vice President of Delivery.

“This report showcases those companies that have grown their business to the top of the industry in terms of revenue and growth,” Staffing Industry Analysts President Barry Asin said of the largest firms list. “The 144 companies comprising the list generated a combined revenue of $80.0 billion in 2016, and their success illustrates the continued growth and adoption of staffing in the US.”

Award Criteria

  • SIA’s List of Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms is based on staffing revenue, direct hire, retained search and temp-to-perm conversion fees. To qualify for the list, firms had to post at least $1 million in revenue in 2012 and have compound annual revenue growth of at least 15% between 2012 and 2016.
  • SIA’s list of largest staffing firms highlights 144 staffing companies that generated at least $100 million in U.S. staffing revenue. Combined, these companies generated $80.0 billion in U.S. staffing revenue.
