Last week, The Select Group (TSG) was fortunate to celebrate our 25th Birthday! I am filled with immense pride and gratitude to say the least. This milestone is a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence, and it would not have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and passion of our people.
Reflection, in all aspects of my life, has always been important to me. It promotes a growth mindset, allowing us to view challenges as opportunities, gain new perspectives and overall fosters gratitude. Our company is a fast-paced environment, and it sometimes becomes hard to sit down and think of just how far we’ve come. It was amazing to have a week filled with celebrations, opportunities to connect with each other, give back to our communities and reminisce on some of our best memories.
A quarter century ago, our founder, Sheldon Wolitski, had a vision. He saw an opportunity to show up better for our clients, to provide a level of service and dedication that was unmatched. Sheldon built this company on the foundation of trust, service, and grit—these values and our company origin remain our present-day guiding principles.
Our journey has been one of continuous growth and learning. We have navigated challenges, embraced opportunities, and forged strong relationships with our clients, partners, and community. Each step of the way, we have been driven by a desire to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.
