The client’s Internal Resource Information Site (IRIS) serves as the central hub for HR documents, policies, and manuals. However, due to high traffic and limited functionality, employees struggled to access critical information, affecting productivity and compliance. The client aimed to enhance platform accessibility and consolidate resources to improve user experience.

Solution

TSG revamped the IRIS platform by building an Angular application that mirrors existing functionalities and introduces incremental enhancements. The solution involved integrating links to SharePoint, designing user-friendly interfaces, and creating a foundation for future enhancements, including consolidated legal resources and additional features like check image and statement access. By focusing on usability and future scalability, TSG ensured a robust, user-centric platform.
